As the point it's just a fact of having environmental stimulus. As if you lived in a "Backwoods town" there can be a big lack of stimulus when you compare it to a bigger town etc.
There is always a way take your kid to see a waterfall, walk in the woods talk about everything you see. It's a world of stimulus out there if poor. Me and my friend went fishing with his dad once to us kids at the time that was high deprivation for us staring at the water looking at the clouds etc. We dropped our fishing poles and made a teepee out of sticks.
