My version K-Meleon db type browsers, they are too old and insecure for the dangers out there now! It was the engine it was based on at the time that was too old. Firefox went to 4+ and it was not compatible with K-Meleon. Because of the dangers of the internet I do not recommend using K-Meleon for banking or shopping online. Also you should use the newest type of K-Meleon for security. My types are too old to use and is why I gave up on them the engine was too old and my security settings started to do no good at the time so I stopped working on it. K-Meleon is cool but needs to focus on security so for now take common sense on what you are doing!
