The Arctic is in a death spiral and diseases hidden in ice. Zombie pathogens!

It's hard stuff in life. In a Ice Age comes viruses that took out the inbreeds being less diversity with the cave men, a bottle neck very sickly! Then in global warming comes all the nastiest that lay on the bottom that will be exposed to the air soon! Warm waters is a Petri dish, natures agar plates for us! And so is the risk from global warming!

This is something people should know! Last month in Tulsa by the Arkansas river the water was held back for construction so the river bed was exposed in the heat of the day and you could smell it. Thinking of brain-eating amoebas I got out of there! But people where still walking around! Like today not using a mask. Is it no self esteem? And is the point to be more self aware about what is going on!

~~~~~At the end of July, 40% of the 4,000-year-old Milne Ice Shelf, located on the north-western edge of Ellesmere Island, calved into the sea. Canada’s last fully intact ice shelf was no more.
On the other side of the island, the most northerly in Canada, the St Patrick’s Bay ice caps completely disappeared.
Two weeks later, scientists concluded that the Greenland Ice Sheet may have already passed the point of no return. Annual snowfall is no longer enough to replenish the snow and ice loss during summer melting of the territory’s 234 glaciers. Last year, the ice sheet lost a record amount of ice, equivalent to 1 million metric tons every minute.
The Arctic is unravelling. And it’s happening faster than anyone could have imagined just a few decades ago. Northern Siberia and the Canadian Arctic are now warming three times faster than the rest of the world. In the past decade, Arctic temperatures have increased by nearly 1C. If greenhouse gas emissions stay on the same trajectory, we can expect the north to have warmed by 4C year-round by the middle of the century. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/ng-interactive/2020/oct/13/arctic-ice-melting-climate-change-global-warming
 ~~~~~As the Earth warms, more permafrost will melt. Under normal circumstances, superficial permafrost layers about 50cm deep melt every summer. But now global warming is gradually exposing older permafrost layers.

Frozen permafrost soil is the perfect place for bacteria to remain alive for very long periods of time, perhaps as long as a million years. That means melting ice could potentially open a Pandora's box of diseases. http://www.bbc.com/earth/story/20170504-there-are-diseases-hidden-in-ice-and-they-are-waking-up

Job Skills gap - Automation in a COVID-19 world.

With all the changes in the labor force pushing higher Job Skills and Automation going up. This will leave the rural towns in the dust from lower resources, pay, education and on... Put it in a view of a car race! In the race of life to have people walk with no cars or drive cars that are going to blow up from having 150,000+ miles on them. (Mostly the timing chain goes!) A correction as the bad cars go making room for the better off cars by proxy or intended by raising the speed limit to 80MPH so the old cars burn up and are by the side of the road! Trying to get to the finish line with better off people arriving in BMW's because they didn't take the dirt road! Sad!

Times are changing and so is the need to change! Automation is speeding up from COVID-19. It's a time to be more self aware for the workers and the CEOs! Change is needed from them! If no change then I expect rural towns to turn into squatter communities!

Lessions of love build it up!

Life is too short to not build! It's 2020 and facing COVID-19 a time to be open! Polyamory working it out for our natures. Agreements to each other making it better for all of us so we all can be who we are!

Efforts happen for a reason and one should not be ever willing to live in their personal hells forever. There is that time to grow up as you think how much time do we all have? Might I get building this! Something all should think about! Like the saying "Show them the building." Counselors or Therapist where into saying at the time. Show them the building. (The effort!)

 ~~~~~My entry into the world of polyamory was rough, to put it mildly. I first began to experience what I would term “poly feelings” about three to four years ago, in my early 20’s. At the time I was in a long-term monogamous relationship and I was talking with an ex — when I realized I still had feelings of affection and even love for my ex…
This caused a massive cognitive dissonance. After all, I was in a monogamous relationship — and in love — with my current partner. She gave me no cause for complaint and made me very happy, so why would I have these feelings for someone else? https://solopoly.net/2012/10/26/kbs-story-rocky-intro-to-polyamory-but-worth-the-effort
You do have the right like a High School fight. Redneck tipping!
Theses are times where one needs to fight back! Like those days in High School when a redneck picks a fight with you. They move slow so you pull on his leg and flip him! Redneck Tipping! Just move fast they are slow. It's worth it! That was in high school!
Now? Just be aware of the rednecks being unstable, so let them have it, explaining why you are letting them have it, if you can. If not well move and let the rednecks have the town, they will burnout of it! Like turning a bigger city to a rural town with nothing because they can't afford it! I do expect this more! The Rednecks taking over towns as the normal people take off!
Like a child saying it's bulling for being corrected in a High School! Or just let them do what they want at the cost of others!
